Q: I need to come to campus. What do I need to do?
A: Please contact your company representative. They will confirm how they will support you during your visit, including when, where and how they will facilitate your arrival.

Q: I need to pick up / take delivery of my aircraft; do I have to cross a picket line?
A: Please contact your company representative. They will confirm how they will support you during your visit, including when, where and how they will facilitate your arrival.

Q: I need to pick up parts from Textron Aviation Parts Distribution (TAPD), how do I get them?
A: All parts will be shipped directly to customers via shipping carriers during a strike. Textron Aviation Parts Distribution will not accept physical order pick-ups or drop-offs during a strike. For other questions, please contact Textron Aviation Parts & Distribution Regional Support at
1-800-835-4000.

Q: Is work stopping on my aircraft in the factory?
A: As a responsible business, we are prepared to maintain operations and will provide continued service and support for our customers. For questions regarding your aircraft during a strike, please contact your company representative.
